Early Childhood Educational Program

1.            Fill in the information in the Online Admissions HighScope Rancamaya Form via Google Form  https://bit.ly/onlineadmissionHSRancamaya

2.            Purchase the Registration Form: Rp 350.000,- at AAO

3.            Complete & return the Application Form to AAO

4.            AAO will arrange the schedule for class observation (Available online & offline)

5.            Parents will meet the Head of School / Teacher Coordinator ECEP for observation results.

6.            AAO will send the detailed payment. Parents must pay the Down Payment and the Tuition Fee in advance to the Finance Department to join the class.

7.            New accepted students will receive an Acceptance Letter & Google Account with HighScope Domain.

8.            All fees are non-refundable if parents cancel the enrollment by themselves for any reason.

Early Preschool
A child is accepted in the early preschool program if he or she has reached the age of 18 months (1 year and 6 months)

Preschool
A child is accepted in the preschool program if he or she has reached the age of 30 months (2 years and 6 months) by July 31 of that specific academic year.

Kindergarten
A child is accepted in the kindergarten program if he or she has reached the age of 5 years old by November 1 of that specific academic year.

Early Childhood Educational Program Fee Structure 2022/2023 Academic Year

Elementary Program

1.            Fill in the information in the Online Admissions HighScope Rancamaya Form via Google Form https://bit.ly/onlineadmissionHSRancamaya

2.            Purchase the Registration Form: Rp 350.000,- at AAO

3.            Complete & return the Application Form to AAO

4.            AAO will arrange the schedule for the Assessment Session / Observation with Psychologist.

5.            Parents will meet the Head of School / Vice-Principal ES for observation results.

6.            AAO will send the detailed payment. Parents must pay the Down Payment and the Tuition Fee in advance to the Finance Department to join the class.

Kindergarten
The child must attain the age of 5 (five) years old before November 1st of the school year in which the student wishes to be enrolled.

Grade 1
The child must attain the age of 6 (six) years old before November 1st of the school year in which the student wishes to be enrolled.

Grade 2
The child must attain the age of 7 (seven) years old before November 1st of the school year in which the student wishes to be enrolled.

Grade 3 and above
A student should have attained the age of 8 (eight) years old before November 1st of the school year in which the student wishes to be enrolled. However, in addition, a student may be enrolled in the grade to which the sending school has promoted him/her to, unless there are good and valid reasons to warrant alternative placement

Other condition
The placement of a student who comes from a School System that operates on a School Year Calendar with significant variance from the Sekolah HighScope Indonesia Calendar (such as from: New Zealand, Australia,
