ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE
Early Childhood Educational Program
- Prospective parents come to get more information about HighScope.
- AAO arranges the schedule for the class trial and Principal observation.
- After the class trial, the ECEP Principal interviews the parents.
- AAO informs the parents about the interview result.
- Parents must pay the Deposit Fee - at least 50% of the Enrollment Fee.
● The deposit fee is deducted from the full amount of the enrollment fee if the student is accepted.
● The deposit fee is refundable, if based on the observation, the student cannot be accepted by the school.
● The deposit fee is non-refundable if the parents cancel the enrollment for any reason.
● The remaining amount of the Enrollment Fee should be paid one month after the payment date of the deposit.
- Parents receive the Application Form.
- Parents fill out & return the Application Form.
- AAO arranges the schedule for the Parent-Teacher Initial Conference.
STUDENT QUALIFICATIONS
Early Preschool
A child is accepted in the early preschool program if he or she has reached the age of 18 months (1 year and 6 months)
Preschool
A child is accepted in the preschool program if he or she has reached the age of 30 months (2 years and 6 months) by July 31 of that specific academic year.
Kindergarten
A child is accepted in the kindergarten program if he or she has reached the age of 5 years old by November 1 of that specific academic year.
