Early Childhood Educational Program

1. Fill in the Prospective Student Form via the link. We will inform you about the registration details and procedures via email/ WhatsApp.

2. Purchase the application Rp. 100.000

3. Send proof of payment for the sForm & Deposit. After that, the Admissions Form will be made available to you.

4. Complete & return the application to AAO.

5. AAO informs the schedule to parents for the Interview & Observation Class  (after arranging the time with the principal). The Parent interview is conducted by the Early Childhood Program Principal.

6. AAO informs the results. In case of rejection, Parents are given a Refund Deposit Form.

7. Parents of accepted students receive a Financial Commitment Letter. After signing the letter, Parents may pay the Enrollment Fee and send proof of payment to the Finance Department.

Early Preschool
A child is accepted in the early preschool program if he or she has reached the age of 18 months (1 year and 6 months)

Preschool
A child is accepted in the preschool program if he or she has reached the age of 30 months (2 years and 6 months) by July 31 of that specific academic year.

Kindergarten
A child is accepted in the kindergarten program if he or she has reached the age of 5 years old by November 1 of that specific  academic year.

Elementary Program

2. Purchase the application Rp. 150.000

3. Send proof of payment for the Admissions Form & Deposit. After that, the Admissions Form will be made available to you.

4. Complete & return the application to AAO

5. AAO informs the schedule to parents for the Pre-Acceptance Interview & Observation Class  (after arranging the time with the principal & school psychologist). The Parent interview is conducted by the K-9 Program Principal.

6. AAO will inform the results. In case of rejection, you will be given a Refund Deposit Form.

7. Parents of accepted students receive a Financial Commitment Letter. After signing the letter, you may pay the Enrollment Fee and send proof of payment to the Finance Department.

KINDERGARTEN
The child must attain the age of 5 (five) years old before November 1st of the school year in which the student wishes to be enrolled.

GRADE 1
The child must attain the age of 6 (six) years old before November 1st of the school year in which the student wishes to be enrolled.

GRADE 2
The child must attain the age of 7 (seven) years old before November 1st of the school year in which the student wishes to be enrolled.

GRADE 3 AND ABOVE
A student should have attained the age of 8 (eight) years old before November 1st of the school year in which the student wishes to be enrolled. However, in addition, a student may be enrolled in the grade to which the sending school has promoted him/her to, unless there are good and valid reasons to warrant alternative placement

OTHER CONDITION
The placement of a student who comes from a School System that operates on a School Year Calendar with significant variance from the Sekolah HighScope Indonesia Calendar (such as from: New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, etc.) will be placed at the grade level in which the student last attended school.
