Early Childhood Educational Program (ECEP)

1.     Prospective parents come to get information about Highscope.

2.     AAO arranges the schedule for class observation (trial), by appointment.

3.     After class observation, ECEP Principal interviews the parents.

4.     AAO informs parents about the interview result.

5.     New accepted students will receive an Acceptance Letter.

6.     Parents purchase the Application Form  (Rp  250.000,-) at AAO.

7.     Parents pay the Deposit Fee  Rp  2.000.000,- (Two million rupiah) .

​     The fee will be deducted from the full amount of the enrollment fee by the time the children join the school.  However, the deposit fee is non-refundable if parents cancel the enrollment by themselves for any reason.

8.     Parents complete & return the Application Form to AAO.

9.     Parents complete the Enrollment Fee payment by transfer and bring a copy of the bank slip to AAO.

Early Preschool

A child is accepted in the Early Preschool program if he or she has reached the age of 18 months (1 year and 6 months)

Preschool

A child is accepted in the preschool program if he or she has reached the age of 30 months (2 years and 6 months) by July 31 of that specific academic year.

Kindergarten

A child is accepted in the kindergarten program if he or she has reached the age of 5 years old by November 1 of that specific  academic year.

Elementary Program

1.   AAO arranges the schedule for class observation, by appointment

2. Class Observation fee : Rp. 500.000,-

3. AAO will inform the result of Class Observation

4. A new accepted student will receive: Acceptance Letter

5. Pay the Deposit Fee: Rp 5.000.000 (5 million rupiah) or pay lump sum for enrollment.

6. Purchase the Application Form: Rp 300.000,- at AAO

7. Parents complete the Enrollment Fee and return the payment slip to the Finance & Accounting Department.

8. Complete & return the Application Form to AAO

9. All fees are non-refundable if parents cancel the enrollment by themselves for any reason.

KINDERGARTEN
The child must attain the age of 5 (five) years old before November 1st of the school year in which the student wishes to be enrolled.

GRADE 1
The child must attain the age of 6 (six) years old before November 1st of the school year in which the student wishes to be enrolled.

GRADE 2
The child must attain the age of 7 (seven) years old before November 1st of the school year in which the student wishes to be enrolled.

GRADE 3 AND ABOVE
A student should have attained the age of 8 (eight) years old before November 1st of the school year in which the student wishes to be enrolled. However, in addition, a student may be enrolled in the grade to which the sending school has promoted him/her to, unless there are good and valid reasons to warrant alternative placement

OTHER CONDITION
The placement of a student who comes from a School System that operates on a School Year Calendar with significant variance from the Sekolah HighScope Indonesia Calendar (such as from: New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, etc.) will be placed at the grade level in which the student last attended school.
