Career
1. Ensure the quality implementation of HighScope approach for ECEP in various locations in Indonesia.
2. Provide recommendations for school improvement, both academic and relevant non-academic matters, for the principals to follow up.
3. Conduct coaching and mentoring for principals and/or school owners on how to ensure quality implementation of the approach (based on PQA and TLAS).
4. Provide areas of training (professional development) for department TRD based on implementation in the field.
5. Engaging in ongoing professional learning to stay updated on best practices, educational research, and technological advancements.
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 3 years as ECEP teacher or K-9/ K-12 teacher in HighScope
3. High-level English proficiency, both verbal and written
4. Expert thinking, good communication and presentation skills, collaborative
