ADMISSION PROCEDURE

EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

1. Purchase the Application Form: Rp.250.000,- at Information Center Office, Building Two, Ground Floor

2. Complete & return the Application Form to ACS (Academic Support) Department,  Building One, 1st floor

3. Pay the Deposit Fee: Rp 3.500.000,-

The fee will be deducted from the full amount of the enrollment fee if the student accepted · The deposit fee is refundable if student based on the observation/placement test is rejected by the school · The deposit fee is refundable if there are no seats for waiting list student · However, the deposit fee is non-refundable if parents cancel the enrollment by themselves for any reason 

  1. ACS Dept will arrange the schedule for parent interview, by appointment
  2. Parent interview by ECEP Principal
  3. ACS Dept will inform the result of parent interview
  4. New accepted student will receive: Acceptance Letter, Financial Commitment Letter and Financial Policy & Procedures

Parents complete The Financial Commitment Letter and submit it along with the Enrollment Fee payment slip, to Finance & Accounting Department, Building One, 1st Floor
